Title: Rasmussen's s-invariant and the four-dimensional smooth Poincaré conjecture

Abstract: The goal of this paper is to present Manolescu and Piccirillo’s strategy for disproving the 4D smooth Poincaré conjecture (see [MP21]), as well as Nakamura’s obstruction to their method (see [Nak22]). We also review Khovanov homology, Rasmussen’s s-invariant, and the relationship between the smooth concordance of knots and their 0-surgeries and traces.
