Abstract: | We consider three problems. First, we articulate a novel approach to decentralized on- chain oracles that allow for ”obvious” questions to be determined on chain. Second, we consider the tradeoff between variance in rewards and randomness in proposer and how this could be used to maintain censorship resistance of Ethereum while still constraining variance in rewards to proposers. Finally, we consider how Ethereum auctions devolve under strategic play. iii |
