Abstract: This paper attempts to find the role that several interesting variables play in determining an individual’s income. Apart from examining variables such as sex and race, this paper also tries to identify how variables such as public or private schooling, marital status, as well as family size influence how much an individual will earn. This study builds upon previous research and separates itself by including factors that have rarely been observed
