This report is submitted by the following organizations: J-FLAG; Women’s Empowerment for Change (WE-Change); The Colour Pink Group Foundation; TransWave; the Center for International Human Rights of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law; and the Global Initiatives for Human Rights of Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights. The purpose of this report is to draw the Committee’s attention to the ongoing violations of the Covenant rights of LGBT individuals in Jamaica. |
