The report card assesses the performance of five of the leading consumer banks in the U.S. in recognition that they possess the greatest potential to influence industry trends, policies and practices. In addition, it will inform the public about career opportunities and realities in the consumer banking industry as the nation strives to strengthen its economy.en_US
