| Abstract: | This thesis project comprises parts 1 and 2 out of 4 of a children’s fantasy story, a short middle-grade chapter book for children aged 8-12. In a world shaped by dragons and plagued by drought, a young warrior goes on the run. She meets a young wizard and together they embark on a journey, seeking the same mythical remedy for different reasons. Together, they learn about trust, about taking risks, and about letting go; in the end, they discover much more about their world than they set out to find. |
